A solidly good, tart and real apple bouquet. The palate entry is astringent, cleansing and delectably sweet and sour; the midpalate stage is nicely acidic, crisply apple-like and engaging. Finishes pure, briskly tart and just a touch ripe and sweet. Good job of balancing the fruit, acid, and alcohol components.
