Romagna Spritz

Summer is Spritz season and today we share with you a Bottle Pro Cocktail Kitchen original that we have dubbed the Romagna Spritz.  It is a light, refreshing take on the Spritz that combines Rosé wine with Montenegro Amaro, Crème de Violette and soda.  The result is a low alcohol cocktail with lovely floral accents that drinks perfect on hot summer days.  It is easy to make and sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next al fresco gathering.  Salute!

Romagna Spritz

In a large red wine glass filled with ice add:

• Fill the Glass Half Way With Dry Rosé Wine
• ½ Ounce of Montenegro Amaro
• ¼ Ounce of Crème de Violette

Stir and top with club soda.  Garnish with a large orange slice dropped in the glass.
